Snow Day

The kids still talk about the Friday in February when snow actually fell in San Antonio. The roads were so iced over that school was canceled and Joel didn't have to go to work until noon.

Danielle wasn't interested in sledding. She wouldn't leave her gloves on and her hand got cold fast. She cried most of the time.


Collin kept insisting on being in the road but it was so icy that he fell every time he tried to walk. He cried most of the time too.
